Phil has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2015 and jumped into the role of President of Property Management in 2016, where he's since navigated more growth than a backyard tomato plant on steroids. He and his team have reworked every system in the book to make property management not only more efficient but borderline enjoyable (yes, that’s possible). If you’re looking for late-night emails or weekend texts, think again—unless there’s a fire, flood, or the apocalypse. Phil’s all about work-life balance, and he’s made it his mission to make work fun, even if that involves curating the finest collection of tenant excuses this side of the Mississippi. You’re likely to hear laughter echoing from the PM office, and no, it's not just about the bizarre emails we get (well, mostly not).

Phil is also the voice behind “Property Management Uncensored” – a podcast that’s less lecture, more laugh-fest, and fully uncensored. Catch it on YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, or anywhere else podcasts roam freely. (Shameless plug? Absolutely.)

When he’s not taming the wild world of property management, Phil’s often found diving into local politics or relaxing with his sidekick, Cooper, the world’s most charming pit bull. (Just ask him about breed restrictions. Really, go ahead. You might need popcorn.)

Samantha is the property manager for Atlantic Sotheby’s, but she's got more skills than just leasing properties. Since starting her career in property management in 2017 and joining the Atlantic Sotheby’s family in 2022, Samantha has proven herself to be a master of handling everything from move-ins to maintenance issues, all while keeping a calm demeanor and a (dark) sense of humor.

When she's not negotiating leases or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you can catch her working on her personal fitness goals (don’t let the dumbbells fool you—she’s pretending to lift heavy and her plant collection is definitely growing like it’s on steroids). Speaking of plants—her house is becoming an unofficial botanical garden, and she’s just waiting for the day when she can host tours (okay, maybe not, but it’s getting close). And if you ever need to find her after a stressful day, she’ll be soaking up the sun on the beach.

A lover of all things organized, Samantha is as committed to her clients’ needs as she is to her favorite succulent. She’s quickly become the go-to problem solver, negotiator, and resident expert in everything from luxury listings to leasing. If you need help with a property, Samantha’s the one to call.

Hans is the Vice President of Operations who knows how to get things done—and still look good doing it. Originally from Nicaragua, he spent his childhood on the family farm, but don’t let that fool you—he’s no stranger to a fast-paced life. After packing up his life (and his dog, Daxter) for a new adventure in Germany, Hans is now exploring Europe’s finest destinations. He’s already conquered the Alps and is totally ready to show them off to someone special (application process includes a love for mountains, good coffee, and spontaneous trips). Single, ready to mingle, and always on the hunt for the best espresso, Hans brings a no-nonsense attitude to work but never turns down a good laugh or an adventure. Need something done? He’s your guy—unless it involves assembling IKEA furniture. Then, well… good luck.

Melissa brings both expertise and warmth to every client interaction at Atlantic Sotheby’s Property Management in her role as Operations and Client Relations Manager. Known for her upbeat outlook, she’s always ready to tackle challenges with a smile and a bit of creative problem-solving. Beyond the office, she’s a mom and wife who believes in celebrating Christmas all year long—peppermint lattes and holiday décor included!

When she’s not lifting weights or diving into comics (ask her anything Marvel or DC), she’s planning the next family adventure. She also believes life’s challenges can usually be summed up with the perfect meme proving there’s humor to be found in every situation.

With a mix of strength, humor, holiday spirit, and a sprinkle of Virgo perfectionism, Melissa brings joy and know-how to the team, making every day a little brighter and a lot more organized.

She’s also a bona fide animal lover, bringing warmth, empathy, and a hint of fur-parent energy to every interaction.
